Payment procedure:

• Once payment is made, do inform us. We will confirm with you if we receive the payment.
• All payment has to be made in advance for Pre-orders. Should the items be out of stock, we will refund you.
• Payment are to be made within 48hours after confirmation of orders.
• For customers who likes to do last minute ordering, payment must be made before the last payment date. otherwise orders will either be cancelled / move into the next pre-order(we will inform you).
• No payment = No Orders.
• To protect our business, we don't accept orders without customer making any payment before pre-order closes.
  
• we will send you a confirmation email along with the account number you have to make payment to.
• if in any case you wish to cancel your order before making payment, please kindly let us know by email, do not go missing-in-action, you will be blacklisted if you do so. thank you!

• normal postage:

 this mode of delivery is not recommended, it means that your parcel will be dropped into the mailbox. you will be receiving  within 3-7 days.
 this is not 100% safe which means there may be a chance for lost mail.
 if customer choose this service, seller is not responsible for any compensation of lost mail.

• registered postage:

 this mode of delivery is ideal for confidential or important items which require special handling, processing and accountability.
 a fee of $2.50 per article is payable on top of any other charges.
 a registered postage allows your parcel to be traceable.
 we strongly recommend this option as this will significantly reduce the risk of lost items while delivering.
