- All products are pre-order(or otherwise stated) and only accept collection mode such as meet-up(at my convenience)/ normal/registered postage. For products under pre-order, they have a certain period of waiting time. Hence, if you don't wish to wait, please don't join the pre-orders. We don't want to argue with impatient customers though we love all of them nevertheless=)
- all prices stated here are without postage charges,
- If item is Out Of Stock (OOS), please kindly allow 2-3 weeks to restock. If in-case item won't be restocking any sooner, we will provide refund.
- All products are non refundable or exchangeable(except for oos items).
- Cancellation of items after payment is made (but before orders are sent) will be liable for an overall SGD$2 administrative charge per order.
- If orders have been submitted to supplier, customer will not get any refund back.
